if you wish to return a product that is either a miniature, toy or plush, then it must be in the same condition as sent to you with no damage and in original packaging. You will pay for return shipping and once we have recieved and inspected the item and confirmed it is the correct item and in the same condition as sent a full refund will be issued. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. Cancellations can be requested on items that are not Japanese, Chinese or Korean pre order items prior to shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If you purchase at a certain price and the market price drops after we will not refund the difference, the Korean and Japanese market is volatile and can fluctuate Daily. We will also not refund the difference if we are able to secure cheaper pricing.
