Pre Order Policy

Pre orders for Japanese, Chinese and Korean Products cannot be cancelled.  If you purchase at a certain price and the market price drops after we will not refund the difference, the Korean and Japanese market is volatile and can fluctuate Daily. We will also not refund the difference if we are able to secure cheaper pricing.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled. If you wish to split your order once placed this is possible, however you will need to pay a second postage as well as an admin fee of £7.00, once paid we can split your order.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

 

Return & Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right.

if you wish to return a product that is either a miniature, toy or plush, then it must be in the same condition as sent to you with no damage and in original packaging. You will pay for return shipping and once we have recieved and inspected the item and confirmed it is the correct item and in the same condition as sent a full refund will be issued. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. IF WE DETERMIN THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED ITEM(S) ARE NOT IN THE CONDITION AS SENT TO YOU (BRANDNEW SEALED ORIGINAL PACKAGING) YOU WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY 20% OF THE ITEMS PRICE WHEN PURCHASED. YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE VIA OUR WEBSITE, WELSH DRAGON GAMES.

If we ship your items and they are confirmed via tracking and we then recieve notification of credit card/debit card back charge, in other words attempting to scam us, your details will be immediately passed to the police, your information will also be passed on to our competitors so they can avoid also being scammed. we have a zero tolerance policy towards scammers.
